East Gate new Development in Loudoun County
All the rezoning done East Gate will break its ground. It is located the west side of Pleasant Valley Road (Route 609) and John Mosby Highway (Route 50) in Loudoun County.
East Gate will be a mix of non-residential and residential uses, consisting of approximately 600 residential units; 400,000 square feet of office space; a full-service Sheraton hotel, and 160,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a Harris Teeter supermarket, according to Scott Plein of East Gate Partners, LLC.
The developer will fund to widen Route 50 westbound from the Fairfax line to Poland Road
Pulte is already planned out the home styles they are going to offer in the community. You can find more details at PulteHomes
Amenities for the community will include pool, walking trails and tot-lots.
The other builder may be Centex homes which we are still waiting for details to disclose.
