For once we can say negative looks positive!!! We have seen a drastic turn around in the Loudoun county Virginia residential real estate market place. Low interest rate, inventory & tax credit expiration has all added to the huge upswing in our market place. Even the worst blizzard in the history of the our area did not stop motivated buyer & seller get the homes off the market.
