New Community in South Riding/Chantilly , Virginia -East Gate

 

After a long wait between housing markets ups and downs Pulte is finally going to start selling homes in their new development called East Gate.  As per the early release emails I have received & their website the community will be located between Tall Cedar lane and Poland road in Chantilly, VA. It will be an easy access to Route 66, 50, 28,29 and Greenway /Dulles Toll road.
The community will feature combination of townhomes and single family ranging from 2050 sq. ft to 3350 sq. ft.  Just like many other DC metro suburb neighborhoods amenities like community pool, tot lot & trails will be part of the community.
