2011 School Starts Pre-Labor day in Loudoun....
This year at the board meeting there was a proposal to start
Loudoun County School year 2011 a week before Labor day weekend.
Here are the few highlights of all the changes in the proposal: 1. School year will began on August 29th 2011 and end June 8th 2012
2. No one week furlough Thanksgiving holiday (Yeah!!!)
3. Typically winter & spring break.

Many
states around the country have similar start and end days. As a parent
of Loudoun county public school, this changes will affect the entire
family.
