Since the beginning of the 2010 Loudoun County is once again seeing a tremendous growth in new construction. The trend will continue through the 2011 and years to come. Lot of builders who had hold off on the new permits opened up the single family collections in and around Loudoun County. Here is a complied list with information of new homes/new construction for sale in Brambleton Ashburn (Loudoun County) Virginia.

What one of the builder calls Brambleton as "Urban Conveniences, Suburban Amenities", which is so true. Brambleton community offers 4 pools (2 to be built), sports & health center (now open), club house, walking/jogging trails, tot lots, scenic park, pond, tennis court, basketball court and open fields. Homes are prewired for Verizon Fios and included in HOA dues. Apart from all the great amenities the community offers various events through out the year. Due to the price point I have personally buyers who have bought the homes. For under $550K you can have a three finished level single family home to be delivered in summer.

Starting at Low $500K to low $600K, builder offers to buyers from all walks of life and who crave to live one of a kind home. Nine floorplans to choose from and beautiful home sites builder has to offer you will fall in love. Though the premium lots come with an additional premium cost. The collection includes: The Cooper, The Mayfield, The Danfield (most popular), The Bradley, The Lansdale, The Abby, The Prescott, The Spencer and The Thornbury.

New America Series: Gulick homes is a local builder known for offering contemporary yet cozy and warm feeling homes. The same is offered in their New America series collection in Brambleton. Open floor plan between kitchen & family rooms, spacious bedrooms and other fine unique features that stand Gulick as a builder and a pride home owners. They have home sites with lake view (some have lot premiums). Price from mid-high $600K the builder offers two floor plans: The AshcroftBrentwood.

The Noble Pointe Collection:  Miller & Smith's Noble Pointe collection will have their signature large kitchen with a enormous island. Model homes to be opened by mid. January. I have walked into both Hathway and Rosemore models while they are under construction and pretty impressed by the open feeling you get inside the home. All the models offer a unique English Manor curb appeal while the interior offer many unique, open floor plan features. The third model is Taymouth. Price from Low $500K.

Brambleton Executive Collection: Stanley Martin's large home sites offers Braxton model. They do have bunch of homes for quick delivery in Spring with three finished levels and priced in high $500K.

The Park Collection in Brambleton: Van Metre who had two different set of collections in Brambleton area offers Parkside Collection which is direct off the Belmont Ridge but tuck in the beautiful own section of Brambleton. The builder offers more new layout in this collection. Most of the homes include a loft/common family room on the bedroom level. Which increasing has attracted buyers which families to have a hang out place on the upper level. The collection includes The GraysonThe Claremont, The Edgewood and The Saratoga.

The Manor Collection: Van Metre's second collection in Brambleton is around the Creighton Elementary school area. The builder offers many immediate delivery homes, priced from mid to high $500K. The models offered in this collections are: The Ashton Court, The Aydon Castle, The Halswell House (their model home) and The Sandhill Park.
