Well get your kites out at the grounds of the Washington Monument
in DC on coming Saturday March 31st 2012. Below is the picture from
couple years back where me and my family had a wonderful day sitting
under the umbrella of some of the most beautiful kites where kids where
running around, cherry trees blossomed and picnic baskets lay on the
ground......
